Dormers: We carefully stripped back and rebuilt gabled dormers, truing up the geometry and renewing linings, cheeks and barge details. New lead weatherings/flashings were installed and all timber elements were prepared and redecorated to match the existing scheme.

Link extension roof: We constructed a new warm flat roof to the single-storey link, including new falls, perimeter edge trims and abutment flashings to the main house.

Bespoke joinery: Supply and installation of custom-milled fascia and soffit profiles, cornice work and returns to match the original house mouldings—delivering a continuous, high-quality eaves line around the link.

Finishing & integration: Final decorations to the dormers and eaves, re-fixing of rainwater goods, and tidy junctions to brickwork and patio thresholds for a clean, seamless look.
